Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing ABALLE. Every piece is handmade in the United States, packed to protect its structure, and shipped with care.
This policy applies to purchases made through aballe.xyz and any other official ABALLE LLC sales channels operated by us directly.
1. Processing Times: ABALLE pieces are made to order. Orders typically ship within ten (10) business days of order confirmation, unless a different timeline is shown on the product page or confirmed by ABALLE after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers: ABALLE ships via UPS, and shipping is complimentary on every order. Domestic orders (United States) ship with next-business-day delivery. International orders ship via UPS expedited service. Once an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout on the day of shipment, and delivery status updates are sent by email while the shipment is en route.
3. Insurance & Signature: All shipments are shipped and fully insured by ABALLE at full retail value, at ABALLE's cost. Signature confirmation may be required at delivery depending on the value of the item shipped. If you are unable to sign in person, you may redirect the shipment to a secure pickup location using UPS delivery management tools.
4. Domestic Shipping (United States): Domestic orders ship via UPS with next-business-day delivery, at no cost to you. Delivery timing begins after the order has shipped, not from the order date.
5. International Shipping: ABALLE ships internationally via UPS expedited service, with complimentary shipping. Any import fees, duties, and VAT required by the destination country are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not refundable by ABALLE. Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the carrier's estimated timeline.
6. Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address needs to be corrected, contact support@aballe.xyz as soon as possible. ABALLE cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment. ABALLE is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments: If a shipment appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact support@aballe.xyz with the order number and tracking information. For damaged shipments, contact ABALLE within three (3) business days of delivery and include photos of the package, packaging materials, and item condition. Because all shipments are insured by ABALLE, we will work directly with UPS to resolve the claim. Carrier delays, weather delays, and customs delays are outside ABALLE's direct control.
8. Returns: Duties, taxes, and import fees collected at checkout are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to a confirmed ABALLE fulfillment error.
