ABALLE LLC Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing ABALLE. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our items are made to order and handcrafted, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges set out below.
This policy applies to purchases made through our Shopify store and any other official ABALLE LLC sales channels operated by us directly.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must:
- Be in new, unworn, and untarnished condition
- Show no signs of wear, resizing, polishing, or damage
- Include all original packaging, boxes, inner cartons, inserts, pouches, certificates, and any other accessories
- Have all tags, security stickers, and protective films intact (if applicable)
- Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or gift receipt)
If an item is returned with visible wear, missing components, or damage, ABALLE reserves the right to refuse the return or adjust the refund or exchange value accordingly.
2. Return & Exchange Window
- You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date (as shown on the carrier’s tracking).
- The item must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Requests received after these timeframes will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Custom, Personalized & Final Sale Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or made-to-order pieces, including:
- Custom sizing, special metal or stone requests
- Watch pairings or bespoke configurations
- Any item produced to your specific instructions
- Engraved, embossed, or otherwise personalized items

Final sale items, including:
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout or on the product page
- Discounted, promotional, or sample sale items (where indicated)
These items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. In select cases, we may be able to assist with paid resizing or repair; please contact us to discuss options.
4. Exchanges & Size Adjustments
For eligible, non-custom items:
- Size exchanges may be requested within the same 14-day window as returns and are subject to availability.
- Items must meet the full condition requirements described above.
- You are responsible for return shipping and insurance to us.
- If the replacement size is more expensive (e.g., due to higher metal weight or configuration), you will be charged the price difference.
No restocking fee is charged on approved size exchanges for the same style, provided the item passes Quality Control.
We reserve the right to limit exchanges to one exchange per order for the same item.
5. Return Shipping & Insurance
Unless your item arrived damaged or defective (see Section 6), you are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method with insurance coverage equal to the full retail value of the piece.
- ABALLE is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of return shipments in transit to us.
- We cannot process your refund or exchange until the item has been received and inspected at our facility.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery:

- Subject line: Damaged/Defective Order – [Order Number]
Please Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage
If we determine the item is defective or an error on our part, we will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders where available)
- Repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, once received and inspected
For items confirmed defective or shipped in error by ABALLE, no restocking fee will apply.
Damage resulting from wear, misuse, accident, unauthorized alterations, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
7. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact Us
Email support@aballe.xyz within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Reason for the return/exchange
- Whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit
2. Receive a Return Authorization (RMA)
If your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
- The RMA must be included inside the package.
3. Ship Your Item
- Carefully package the item with all original packaging and documents.
- Ship the return so that it arrives within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment.
4. Inspection & Processing
- Once your return is received, it will undergo Quality Control inspection.
- If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
If the item does not pass Quality Control, we may:
- Return the item to you at your expense, and/or
- Offer a partial refund or deny the refund entirely, depending on the condition.
8. Refunds & Restocking Fee
For eligible items:
- Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- We do not issue refunds to alternative cards, accounts, or to gift recipients.
- Original shipping charges, handling fees, and duties/taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns for refund (other than items returned due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or ABALLE shipping error) are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- The restocking fee is calculated as 5% of the item(s)’ Retail MSRP (full retail price) before any discounts, promotions, or taxes.
- This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund (net of any applicable restocking fee) within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
If you used a third-party financing or buy-now-pay-later service, your refund will be issued to that provider. Any questions about your repayment schedule should be directed to them.
9. Gifts
If you received an ABALLE item as a gift:
- Returns for refund can only be processed back to the original purchaser’s payment method.
- Where possible and at our discretion, we may offer:
- An exchange of equal or greater value (with any price difference paid by you), or
- A store credit in lieu of a refund to the original payment method (restocking fee may still apply to refund-eligible returns).
Please provide the order number or purchaser’s name/email to help locate the original order.
10. International Orders
For international customers:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees associated with sending the item back to us.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees paid at checkout or upon delivery are typically non-refundable; you may inquire with your local customs office about any possible recovery.
- We cannot mark return shipments as “gift” or misstate value for customs purposes.
11. Purchases from Authorized Retailers
If you purchased an ABALLE product from an authorized retailer, boutique, or third-party platform, their own return and exchange policies apply.
- Such purchases cannot be returned or exchanged directly with ABALLE LLC.
- Please contact the original point of sale for all return, refund, and exchange inquiries.
12. Policy Changes
ABALLE LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect for orders placed after the updated policy is posted.
